It is unusual that we have a large group of plans released on the same day, and from multiple areas of the construction project. Your Team did an excellent and timely job of accurately processing the plans. Upon placing several large distribution Work Orders all plans were delivered in record time; city-wide to our sub-contractors, consultants and on-site for numerous Plan Rooms. The usability of the Plan Well Web Site and your cooperation and coordination with multiple LDO facilities made that happen. Delivery staff from numerous LDO locations were encountered and found to be courteous and professional. Our proposed timeframe for processing and distribution of plans was once again achieved with time to spare. ~ Gale
