February News!

This month we would like to review the handy Customer Tools we have available on the Mercury-LDO Website! We are all about making your life easier, and being green to save the environment so here are a few handy things you can do to put your mind at ease.
The first tool we have is FM Support Request. The link to this tool is on the Home page of the Mercury-LDO website. This is a handy tool if you have an FM with us here at Mercury-LDO and need some help with equipment or software. It’s a simple little form you can fill out with your name, company, contact information and a description of your problem. Once you fill it out click submit and we will have a response to you shortly. This is always a handy tool because it sends a notification to everyone on our FM support staff instead of just one person.
The next tool we have available is the Supplies & Consumables link on the Home page next to the FM Support Request link. From here you can order supplies from our catalog, or even submit requests for FM supplies like paper and toner. Here again you simply fill out what you need, and provide some contact information and someone will contact you shortly. Everyone on our Supplies team is very diligent in watching requests and should have it taken care of so give it a try.
Another great tool on our website is the Request Quote link on the home page above the Supplies & Consumables link. Here you can submit a request for quote on a job you would like us to do. Fill out some information about the kind of job it is, and any additional details as well as contact information and any of our courteous sales people can get you a quote! It’s pretty easy, but remember the more information you provide about the job the easier it is for us to give you an accurate quote.  
A few other nice things you can find is the Work Order link where you can download and print off a work order you can fax to any of our locations. Also if you would like to set up an account with Mercury-LDO click the Credit Application link and you can download a credit application and send it up to our corporate office and they can get you set up. Request a Pickup will have some nifty links and applications we offer for requesting a pickup online!
If you already have an account with Mercury-LDO you can pull up information about your account by clicking the Accounting Services button. Here you can pull up invoices, and it requires a login so if you don’t already have one let us know and our sales team can get you set up.
Lastly if you haven’t already looked at it, check the Downloads section. We put up all kinds of good stuff that we think can make your job easier, and we are always adding stuff, so head over to the home page and check it out!
